You and your customers can always track your order with us in real time from order to delivery.
On the one hand, the customer sees the goods with your logo driving towards him and knows exactly where the truck is currently located.
On the other hand, he can view the current status of his order at any time.
In case of delays (e.g. traffic jam, breakdown, accident), you and your customer will always know where your goods are. In addition, you will be informed immediately by telephone by our employees. Your customers will be informed about this service in advance by e-mail.
Our shipment tracking system allows the customer to call up the exact arrival time of our vehicle with your goods from 7 p.m. on the day before delivery. On the day of delivery, this time is updated every 15 minutes. This allows us to keep the time window of your delivery so small that the end customer, specialist dealers and fitters can make optimum use of your time.

Sie und Ihre Kunden können Ihren Auftrag bei uns immer von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung in Echtzeit verfolgen.
Dabei sieht der Kunde zum einen die Ware mit Ihrem Logo auf sich zufahren und weiß genau, wo sich der Lkw aktuell befindet.
Zum anderen kann er jederzeit den momentanen Status seines Auftrages einsehen.
Falls es einmal Verzögerungen geben sollte (z. B. Stau, Panne, Unfall), wissen Sie und Ihr Kunde stets wo sich Ihre Ware befindet. Zudem werden Sie umgehend telefonisch durch unsere Mitarbeiter benachrichtigt. Über diesen Service werden Ihre Kunden vorab per Mail von uns informiert.
Durch unsere Sendungs-Ortung hat der Kunde die Möglichkeit, ab 19 Uhr am Vortag der Anlieferung, die exakte Ankunftszeit unseres Fahrzeugs mit Ihrer Ware abzurufen. Am Tag der Auslieferung aktualisiert sich diese Zeit im 15-Minuten-Rhythmus. Dadurch können wir das Zeitfenster Ihrer Lieferung so klein halten, dass Endkunde, Fachhändler und Monteure Ihre Zeit optimal nutzen können.
