We have also aligned our consignment information system strictly with our quality policy. Every status message that you can view in our system represents an interface in our operational processes. At each of these interfaces, your consignment is checked once again for completeness and integrity. Thus, at each “checkpoint” we have the possibility to detect and report damages or other defects at an early stage.
